气相均相选择性非催化还原脱硝技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某公司自主研发的有机烃类复合材料为脱硝剂,采用气相均相选择性非催化还原技术(GSNCR)处理实验室模拟NOx烟气,重点研究了药剂热解温度、脱硝反应温度、氧含量、氨氮摩尔比等条件对脱硝反应效率的影响。结果表明:气相均相选择性非催化还原技术脱硝效率可达到84.7%,高于传统SNCR技术脱硝效率,实现NOx达标排放。 NOx gas on a simulation benchscale can be removed by using organic hydrocarbon composite which is independently developed by a company as denitrifying agent together with the gas-phase homogeneous selective non-catalytic reduction technology(GSNCR). It mainly studies effects of the chemical pyrolysis temperature, denitrification reaction temperature, oxygen content and ammonia nitrogen molar ratio on the denitrification reaction efficiency. The result shows that the denitrification efficiency of GSNCR reaches 84.7%, which is higher than that of traditional SNCR, so that NOx can be discharged in compliance with standard.
