我国缓和医疗研究热点主题的可视化分析

A visual analysis of hot topics in palliative care research in China

目的通过对缓和医疗相关文献进行计量、可视化分析,探索缓和医疗的国内研究进展、热点及发展趋势。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库缓和医疗方面近20年的文献,筛选纳入,应用CiteSpace软件对文献作者、机构、关键词进行共现分析,绘制知识图谱,同时,统计分析文献的发表时间、机构、来源等信息。结果共纳入1287篇文献,研究机构及作者集中在医学高等院校及与之联系紧密的医疗卫生机构中;缓和医疗发文量自2000年—2019年整体呈现逐年增长趋势,发文内容多涉及护士培训、医疗照护、安宁护理、死亡观、抑郁、晚期胃癌等方面。研究热点集中在临终关怀、安宁疗护、生活质量、影响因素、医护人员及态度等方面。结论中国在缓和医疗研究领域起步较晚,且该领域的专家、学者以及机构间的合作不够密切,未来可以尝试在缓和医疗研究领域建立更专业和系统的研究体系,为中国缓和医疗事业的长足发展提供参考和指导。

Objective To explore the research progress,hot spots and development trend of palliative care in China by measuring and visualizing the relative literature.Methods A computer retrieval was carried out for nearly 20 years of literature on palliative care in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,COVIP,and the database of ChinaBiology Medicine.Related literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.And CiteSpace was adopted for the co-occurrence analysis of authors,institutions and keywords and mapping of knowledge graph.Meanwhile,a statistical analysis was made of published time,institutions,and sources of the literature.Results A total of 1,287 articles were included,and the research institutions and authors were mainlyfrom medical schools and closely related health institutions.The number of published papers tends to increase from 2000 to 2019.The contents of the literature mainly involved nurse training,medical care,hospice care,view of death,depression,and advanced gastric cancer,and researches focuson hospice care,palliative care,quality of life,influencing factors,healthcare workers and attitudes.Conclusions China started late in the research field of palliative care,and the cooperation among experts,scholars and institutions in the palliative care research are not close enough.Therefore,in the future we can try to establish a more professional and systematic research system in the field of palliative care research,so as to provide reference for the significant development of palliative care in China.
