疫情后期公共卫生体制机制改革研究进展

Research progress in the reform of public health system and mechanism in the laterperiod of the epidemic

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球蔓延,造成了巨大的社会和经济负担,引发全世界共同关注。我国仅用2个月的时间就基本阻断了新冠肺炎疫情的本土传播,为世界赢得了抗击疫情的宝贵时间和经验,但同时也暴露出我国公共卫生体制机制建设中存在的诸多问题和不足。文章从公共卫生法制保障、公共卫生管理体制建设、公共卫生筹资机制、公共卫生应急管理、疾控预防控制体系、基层防控体系建设、公共卫生信息化建设等多个方面对于疫情后期公共卫生机制体制改革相关文献进行梳理,以期深入发现问题和进一步完善对于公共卫生体制机制改革的建议,促进我国公共卫生事业不断完善和发展。

The global spread of COVID-19 has caused a huge social and economic burden and has attracted the attention of the whole world.Chinese governmentcontrolled the local spread of it in just 2 months,winning valuable time and experience in fighting the epidemic,but many problems and deficiencies in the construction of public health system and mechanism in China were also exposed.This paperconducted a review of literature on the reform of public health system and mechanism in the later period of the epidemic from the aspects of public health legal protection,public health management system construction,public health financing mechanism,public health emergency management,disease control and prevention system,grassroots construction of prevention and control system,and construction of public health informatization,hoping to better discover problems,further improve the suggestions for the reform of public health system,and promote the continuous improvement and development of public health in China.
