摘要
2021年3月23日,超大型集装箱船“长赐”轮在苏伊士运河搁浅,3月29日在众多拖船和疏浚船的救助下乘高潮脱浅。由于苏伊士运河十分重要,“长赐”轮搁浅引起了多方关注,现代通信技术向全世界提供了“长赐”轮及参与救助船舶播发的AIS信息。通过我国船讯网,发现“长赐”轮及参与救助船舶播发的AIS信息存在一些问题,从中得到启示,提出我国救助船舶正确使用AIS设备的建议。
On 23 March 2021,"EVER GIVEN",an ultralarge container ship grounded on the Suez Canal,and six days later,the ship was refloated under the rescue of many tugs and dredgers.Due to the importance of the Suez Canal,"EVER GIVEN"has aroused concerns from various parties.Modern communication technologies not only enable the transmission of images at two dimensions to the whole world but also provide the AIS information broadcast by both"EVER GIVEN"and ships participating in the rescue.Through my courtry's"Ship news"(www.shipxy.com),some problems were found in the AIS information broadcast by"EVER GIVEN"and participating rescue ships.The paper puts forward suggestions on the correct use of AIS equipment for rescue ships in China.
