摘要
研制了一种适用于煤矿小孔径钻孔的手持式钻孔测斜仪,论述了系统的设计目标,并对系统整体设计方案进行了阐述,在此基础上,详细介绍了系统的软、硬件设计。为了测试研制样机的性能指标和可靠性,在实验室进行了测试,并在煤矿井下进行了工业试验。测试结果表明,研制的手持式钻孔测斜仪具有小直径的尺寸、测量精度高等特点,其测量方式既简化了传统钻机的推送方式又改变了目前大尺寸手持式测斜仪施工顺序,有效提高了钻孔的质量,对矿井小孔径钻孔施工结果有着良好的评价能力,可以准确地反映出实钻的轨迹结果。
A hand-held borehole inclinometer suitable for small aperture in coal mine was developed.The design objective of the system was discussed,and the overall design scheme of the system was expounded.On this basis,the software and hardware design of the system were introduced in detail.In order to test the performance index and reliability of the prototype,the test was carried out in the laboratory and the industrial test was carried out in the coal mine.The test results showed that the hand-held borehole inclinometer had the characteristics of small diameter and high measurement accuracy.Its measurement method not only simplified the push mode of the traditional drilling rig,but also changed the current construction sequence of the large-size hand-held inclinometer,effectively improved the drilling quality and had a good evaluation ability for the construction results of the small aperture drilling in the mine.It could accurately reflected the trajectory results of real drilling.
