Coal Slime Water Treatment System of Large Inclined Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine

大倾角带式输送机在运输过程中滚落的物料,与巷道中泥、水混合在一起,越来越多的堆积在机尾处,给矿井的安全生产带来严重隐患。通过对煤泥水处理现状分析,设计了一种新型煤泥水处理系统,能够自动、环保、高效地处理煤泥水混合物,无需人力,全程采用自动化处理,并能够远程控制,是目前煤矿井下大倾角带式输送机优异的自动化煤泥水处理系统。

In the process of transportation,the materials rolled down by the large angle belt conveyor,mixed with coal,slime and water in the roadway,were more and more accumulated at the tail of the machine,which could bring serious hidden danger to the safety production of the mine.Based on the analysis of the status of slime water treatment,a new type of coal slime water treatment system was designed,which could automatically,environmentally friendly and efficiently handle the mixture of coal slime water without manpower.The whole process was automatic and could be controlled remotely.At present,it is an excellent automatic slime water treatment system for large angle belt conveyor in coal mine.
