摘要
针对目前长距离大坡度条件下煤矿巷道轨道运输的现状,总结了单一轨道运输方式存在的运输安全问题,基于无轨辅助运输方式的爬坡作业优势,提出了有轨无轨复合型辅助运输方式。分析了影响有轨无轨并存运行的关键因素,研究了复合工况下无轨胶轮车的驱动制动特殊性及有轨矿车的脱轨问题,结合矿井现有条件,设计了防脱轨矿车牵引装置,经实际应用验证了有轨无轨复合运输方式的可行性,具有一定的推广价值。
In view of the current situation of coal mine roadway rail transportation under the condition of long distance and large slope,the transportation safety problems of single track transportation mode were summarized,and based on the advantages of trackless auxiliary transportation mode in climbing operation,the track and trackless composite auxiliary transportation mode were put forward.The key factors affecting the operation of track and trackless vehicles were analyzed,the driving and braking particularity of trackless rubber tyred vehicles and the derailment problems of track trams under complex working conditions were studied.Combined with the existing conditions of the mine,the anti-derailment mine car traction device was designed.The practical application proved the feasibility of the track and trackless composite transportation mode,which had certain promoted value.
