摘要
以树脂锚杆为研究对象,基于万能材料试验机,综合考虑其结构特点,设计出一种用于测试杆体尾部螺纹螺母组装件承载力的简便试验工装,建立试验模型,从而解决试样夹持的问题,不仅降低了测试强度,而且提高了检验效率及测试结果的准确性。
Taking resin anchor as the research object,based on the universal material testing machine and considering its structural characteristics comprehensively,a simple test equipment was designed for testing the bearing capacity of threaded nut assembly at the end of the rod body.The test model was established to solve the problem of sample clamping,which not only greatly reduced the test strength,but also improved the test efficiency and the accuracy of test results.
