摘要
为了缓解我国农业灌溉水资源浪费、灌溉效率低、深层渗漏现象严重等问题,文章根据我国农业用水的现状研制了一种灌水均匀度高、能够实现自动灌溉的田间管渠灌溉系统。该系统包括田间管渠系统、动力系统和供水系统。利用管道中水流作为动力,通过涡轮机将水能转换为旋转机械能,再通过变速装置传递到动力输出轴,使之旋转,从而带动牵引绳牵引塞阀在管渠中移动,依靠塞阀阻挡,灌溉水从管渠中溢出,实现田间自动均匀灌溉。该灌溉系统可以解决灌水均匀度低、地面灌溉深层渗漏严重及长畦灌水难的问题,减轻农民劳动负担,节省大量灌溉水资源,可有效缓解我国水资源短缺的现状。该系统可适用于各种土壤、作物及水质,具有较好的推广应用价值。
This paper mainly researches a canal irrigation system with high uniformity and automatic irrigation according to the present situation of agricultural water in China.It consists of the canal system、the hydraulic system and the water-supply system.Using the water flow in the pipeline as the power,the water energy is converted into rotary mechanical energy through the turbine,and then transmitted to the power output shaft through the speed change device to make it rotate,so as to drive the traction rope to haul the ball to move in the pipe channel.Relying on the ball to block,the irrigation water begins to overflow from the pipe channel,realizing automatic irrigation and uniform irrigation in the field.The irrigation system can solve some problems as low irrigation uniformity,serious deep leakage and difficult to irrigate for long border,reduce the labor burden of farmers,save a lot of irrigation water resources,and effectively alleviate the current situation of water shortage in China.
