摘要
我国是世界蔬菜生产大国,蔬菜产量和种植面积常年处于世界前列。而蔬菜在收获、储存、加工、装卸以及运输等环节不可避免地产生了大量尾菜。文章分析了尾菜的来源、特点、种类以及危害,总结了目前尾菜资源化利用的方式,以期为尾菜的合理利用提供参考。
China is a large country of vegetable production,and its vegetable output and planting area are in the forefront of the world all year round.However,a large number of vegetable leaves are inevitably produced in the links of harvesting,storage,processing,loading and unloading and transportation.This paper analyzes the source,characteristics,types and harm of vegetable residual leaves,and summarizes the current ways of resource utilization of tail vegetables,in order to provide reference for the rational utilization of vegetable residual leaves.
