In order to improve the real-time analysis and application technical means of climate and environment data in Xiamen,a set of climate and environment monitoring and evaluation system is developed,which covers the functions of data processing,map construction,climate and environment real-time monitoring,climate and environment history analysis,climate and environment product production and so on.This paper introduces the construction content,system architecture,functional structure and application of the system in detail.
