髋臼骨性关节面旋转对称性研究

摘要 目的评估中国人髋臼骨性关节面是否旋转对称。方法CT扫描髋关节图像并3D重建,以髋臼轴线为中心,将髋臼骨性关节面平均分为6个区域。测量并计算每一区域关节面曲率与整体关节面曲率的比值。比较男性与女性各区域曲率比值。结果男、女曲率比值0°~60°区域均大于60°~120°、120°~180°、180°~240°3个区域(P<0.05),其余同性别内各区域曲率比值之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同性别对应区域曲率比值比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中国人髋臼骨性关节面并不是旋转对称,关节面前下部分较其他部分更加平坦,关节面其他部分接近旋转对称。 Objective To evaluate whether the acetabular osteoarticular surface is rotational symmetry.Methods CT scaned acetabular images were used to performed with 3D reconstruction.Based on the axis of the acetabulum,the acetabular osteoarticular surface was divided into 6 regions on average.The ratio of the curvature of articular surface in each region to the curvature of whole articular surface was measured.The curvature ratios of the male and female in various regions were compared.Results The region with the male and female curvature ratio of 0°~60°was bigger than that of the three regions of 60°~120°,120°~180°and 180°~240°(P<0.05).For the rest same genders,there was no significant difference among the curvature ratio in various regions(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in different genders corresponding regions curvature ratio(P>0.05).Conclusions The articular surface of the acetabulum in Chinese is not rotationally symmetric,the anterior-inferior part of the joint surface are flatter than the other parts,and the other parts of the articular surface are close to rotational symmetry.
