摘要
根据顶部与夹层绝热结构设计不同,LNG三壁金属全容罐分为3种结构。对3种结构的优缺点进行分析,从安全性能、进排液、绝热性能、珠光砂充填时间、主次容器温差、维修经济性方面进行比较。主容器和次容器之间不充填绝热材料的结构具有更好的安全性、维修性和经济性。
According to the different designs of top and sandwich thermal insulation structures,LNG three-wall metal full containment tank is divided into three kinds of structures.The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of structures are analyzed and comparisons are made in terms of safety performance,liquid intake and discharge,thermal insulation performance,pearl sand filling time,temperature difference between primary and secondary containers,and maintenance economy.The structure without thermal insulation material filled between the primary container and the secondary container has better safety,maintainability and economy.
