摘要 物联网智能燃气表智能功能对电源的依赖性较高,当电源掉电或电源电压不足时,其智能功能处于失效状态。提出一种物联网智能燃气表电量自补给装置,已获得国家专利。电量自补给装置由能量转换模块、升压模块、储能模块组成,其原理是将字轮转动的机械能通过能量转换模块转化为电能进行储存。在物联网智能燃气表电源掉电或电源电压不足时,电量自补给装置使物联网智能燃气表在短时间内完成电子计量信息储存和机电阀关阀操作,保障燃气计量公平和燃气使用安全。 The intelligent function of IoT intelligent gas meter is highly dependent on the power supply,when the power supply is powered off or the power supply voltage is insufficient,its intelligent function is in a failure state.An electricity self-supply device of IoT intelligent gas meter is proposed,which has obtained the national patent.The electricity self-supply device consists of three parts:an energy conversion module,a boost module,and an energy storage module.Its principle is to convert the mechanical energy of the character wheel rotation into electric energy for storage through the energy conversion module.When the power supply of IoT intelligent gas meter is powered off or the power supply voltage is insufficient,the electricity self-supply device enables the IoT intelligent gas meter to complete the electronic metering information storage and electromechanical valve closing operation in a short time,ensuring fair gas metering and safe gas use.
