Analysis on Goal of“Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Carbon Neutrality”in Beijing

分析北京市能源消费结构,指出外部能源依赖度大、外调煤电占比高等问题,提出应以保障北京市能源安全为主线,着力推动天然气与新能源融合发展,提高本地天然气发电量占比,增加外调绿电并降低外调煤电,充分挖潜本地新能源和可再生能源,围绕建筑能耗重点施策的发展思路。

The energy consumption structure of Beijing is analyzed.The problems of high dependence on external energy and high proportion of externally transferred coal-fired power are pointed out.Some development ideas are put forward,including ensuring the energy security of Beijing as the main line,promoting the integrated development of natural gas and new energy,increasing the proportion of local natural gas power generation,increasing the externally transferred green electricity and reducing the externally transferred coal-fired power,fully exploiting the local new energy and renewable energy resources,and applying the policies focusing on building energy consumption.
