生物质发电企业绿色技术创新效率及其影响因素研究——基于Bootstrap-DEA方法检验 被引量:10

摘要 论文运用Bootstrap修正的DEA-tobit模型,对2018年21家从事生物质发电业务的企业的绿色技术创新效率进行了较为全面的评价,并对影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,生物质发电企业经Bootstrap调整的DEA效率显著低于初始DEA效率值;生物质发电企业绿色技术创新效率存在较大的改进空间,不同企业存在显著差异;专业化程度,产业链完善程度,废弃物处理量和运营能力对企业绿色技术创新效率呈显著正相关;而企业治理制度对企业绿色技术创新效率呈显著负相关。 This paper uses Bootstrap's modified DEA-Tobit model to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the green technology innovation efficiency of 21 companies engaged in biomass power generation in 2018.The results show that:Bootstrap-adjusted DEA efficiency of biomass power generation enterprises is significantly lower than the initial DEA efficiency value;there is a large room for improvement in the efficiency of green technology innovation of biomass power generation enterprises,and there are significant differences among different enterprises;degree of specialization and industrial chain perfection,waste disposal amount and operating capacity are significantly positively related to the efficiency of green technology innovation of enterprises;while internal distribution mechanisms are significantly negatively related to the efficiency of green technology innovation of enterprises.
