环境因子及提取方法对颠茄有效成分影响研究综述

Review on the effects of environmental factors and extraction methods on the effective components of Atropa belladonna

颠茄的有效成分主要是莨菪类生物碱,主要用于解痉、镇痛、抑制胃酸过多等病症,本文从不同环境因子(病虫害、海拔、栽培条件、生长环境)及提取方法对颠茄生长和有效成分的影响进行总结,提出颠茄种植时的注意事项、种植环境的选择以及提取颠茄有效成分的方法对比,以期为颠茄的种植及有效成分提取等方面的研究提供参考。

The effective components of Atropa belladonna are mainly scopolamine alkaloids,which are used for spasmolysis,analgesia,inhibition of excessive gastric acid and other symptoms.In this paper,the effects of different environmental factors(diseases and pests,altitude,cultivation conditions,growth time)and extraction methods on the effective components of A.belladonna were summarized,and the points for attention when planting belladonna,selection of planting environment and extraction of belladonna effective components were put forward.In order to provide reference for the research of belladonna planting and the extraction of effective components.
