基于HIPS基材的水性塑胶涂料用丙烯酸乳胶的制备研究

摘要 采用了半连续种子乳液聚合工艺制备了一种具有乳胶互穿聚合物网络结构(LIPN)的核壳型丙烯酸酯乳胶,使用该乳胶配制的塑胶涂料在高抗冲击性聚苯乙烯(HIPS)板材上具有优异附着力和耐乙醇擦拭性能。由实验可知,当核层交联单体双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)用量为3%(质量分数,后同),壳层交联单体二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)用量为2%,乳化剂占总单体量2%,选择甲基丙烯酸(MAA)作为极性单体并且MAA的量占单体总量的3%时,所制得的乳胶稳定性较好,该乳胶制备的涂膜在HIPS基材上的附着力、硬度与耐醇擦性能都十分优秀。 A semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization process was used to prepare a core-shell acrylate latex with a latex interpenetrating polymer network structure(LIPN).The plastic coatings formulated with the latex were applied to high-impact polystyrene(HIPS)boards.The coatings have excellent adhesion and resistance to ethanol wiping.It can be seen from the experiment that when the core layer crosslinking monomer diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)dosage is 3%(wt.%,the same below),the shell layer crosslinking monomer ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)dosage is 2%,the emulsifier accounts for 2%the total amount of monomers,methyl acrylic acid(MAA)is selected as the polar monomer and the amount of MAA accounts for 3%of the total amount of monomers,the stability of the latex prepared is better.The adhesion of coatings film prepared to HIPS substrates,hardness and alcohol rub resistance are all excellent.
