Application of PDCA Cycle Method in the Management of High and Low Limit of Drug Requisition in the Hospital Pharmacy

目的探讨PDCA循环法用于医院门诊药房药品领用高低限管理的效果。方法分析某院门诊药房PDCA循环法用于药品领用高低限管理前(2019年1月至6月)存在的问题及产生原因,制订整改措施并实施。比较管理前、管理后(2019年7月至12月)临床缺药率、资金周转率和库存占用金额。结果临床缺药率由管理前的0.32%降至管理后的0.28%,资金周转率由管理前的2988.11%升至管理后的3417.83%,库存占用金额管理后较管理前未明显下降。结论PDCA循环法能有效提升医院门诊药房药品领用高低限管理水平,保障患者及时、安全用药。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle method on the high and low limit management of drug requisition in the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital.Methods The problems and causes of the high and low limit management of drug requisition were analyzed before the implementation of PDCA cycle method(from January to June 2019)in the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital,and the rectification measures were formulated and implemented.The clinical drug shortage rate,capital-funds turnover rate and inventory occupancy before and after management(from July to December 2019)were compared.Results The clinical drug shortage rate decreased from 0.32%before management to 0.28%after management,the capital-funds turnover rate increased from 2988.11%before management to 3417.83%after management,and the inventory occupancy after management did not decrease significantly compared with that before management.Conclusion PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the high and low limit management level of drug requisition in the outpatient pharmacy of a hospital,and ensure timely and safe medication for patients.
