摘要
为了解某粉末涂料生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,更好地保障劳动者健康,并对其防护效果进行评价,课题组采用检查表法、现场调查法以及实际检测法对某公司职业病危害现状进行调研。经检测,该公司工作场所中其他粉尘浓度未超标,浓度范围在0.13~1.89mg/m3之间;挤出机操作位、研磨机操作位、喷粉操作位岗位的噪声强度分别是89.4、93.7、87.8dB/A,超过国家职业接触限值85dB/A;防尘防毒设施运转正常。研究发现,该公司职业卫生管理体系较为完善,职业健康监护制度较为完整,需进一步完善职业健康监护档案,更好保护劳动者健康。
To understand the occupational hazards in the production process of a powder coating company and better protect the health of workers,the protective effect of the powder coating company*s occupational hazards are evaluated.Checklist method,on-site investigation method and actual detection method are used to study the current situation of the company's occupational hazards.The company's occupational health management system and occupational health monitoring system are relatively complete,but occupational health surveillance files need to be improved.The occupational hazards of the powder coating company include other dust and noise,after testing,the concentration of other dust in the company's workplace does not exceed the standard and the concentration range is 0.13~1.89 mg/m3;the measured noise intensity of the extruder operating position,grinder operating position and powder spraying operating position are respectively 89.4,93.7 and 87.8 dB/A,exceeding the national limit of 85dB/A.The concentration of other dust in the company's workplace did not exceed the standard,and noise of some positions had exceeded,and the dust-proof and anti-virus facilities were operating normally.The study found that the company*s occupational health management system is relatively perfect and the occupational health monitoring system is relatively complete,but the occupational health monitoring files need to be improved.It is necessary to further improve the occupational health file to better protect the health of workers.
