正常眼压性青光眼的研究进展

Research progress of normal tension glaucoma

正常眼压性青光眼(NTG)是原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的一种特殊类型,是具有典型的青光眼性视神经病变、视野缺损以及房角开放和正常眼压的眼部疾病。NTG早期可无明显症状,逐渐进展并导致不可逆视力下降甚至失明,及时、准确的早期诊断及治疗具有重要意义。本文从NTG的发病机制、临床特点、早期及鉴别诊断、治疗等方面最新相关研究进行综述,以期为临床工作提供参考。

Normal tension glaucoma(NTG)is a special type of primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).It has typical progressive optic neuropathy and visual field defect of glaucoma,as well as eye diseases within the range of open angle and normal intraocular pressure.NTG has no obvious symptoms in the early stage,and gradually leads to irreversible decline of vision or even blindness.It is important to diagnose and treat NTG in time and accurately.This article reviews the latest related studies on pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,early diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment methods,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
