历史街区背景下的商业设计探索

Exploration of Commercial Design under the Background of Historical District

由于历史街区的形制和现代商业需求之间存在着时空维度的巨大差异,在此类项目的开发和运营过程中,往往会出现经济效益和社会效益之间无法兼顾的情形。如何维持商业氛围、运营成本和历史街区所处的历史环境、空间形态之间的平衡,成为此类项目设计中的一个难点和重点。文章以福建省晋江市晋文坊项目设计为例,提出结合历史街区整体性开发和设计的原则,通过对周边地块的商业开发进行商业业态补充,为实现经济和社会双方面效益提供一个平台;在设计上实现传统历史空间到现代城市空间的过渡,弥合历史街区到城市的空间隔断。

Because there is a huge difference between the shape of historical blocks and modern commercial demand,it often leads to the situation that the economic benefits and social benefits cannot be taken into account.Through the consideration of the design process of Jinjiang Jinwenfang project,this paper discusses the commercial form supplement through the commercial development of surrounding plots,which provides a platform for the realization of economic benefits and social benefits;in the design,how to realize the transition from traditional historical space to modern urban space,and bridge the space partition from historical blocks to cities.This paper puts forward the principle of integrated development and design of historic district,which can be a beneficial attempt of this kind of project design.
