穴位贴敷治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效观察及对血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响

Efficacy Observation of Acupoint Sticking for Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Kids and Its Effects on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function

目的观察穴位贴敷治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响。方法将124例支原体肺炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组62例。两组均予注射用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,观察组在此基础上予穴位贴敷治疗。观察两组中医证候积分及中医症状消失时间、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、自介素(IL)-6、IL-8、IL-10)]水平、免疫细胞(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平,并比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医症状消失时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的中医症状评分、血清炎症因子水平、免疫细胞水平及免疫球蛋白水平均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,穴位贴敷治疗小儿支原体肺炎患者的临床疗效显著,不仅能改善患者临床症状,还能有效降低血清炎症因子水平、提升免疫细胞及免疫球蛋白水平。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking in treating mycoplasma pneumonia in kids and its effects on serum inflammatory factors and immune function.Method A total of 124 patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomized into an observation group and a control group,with 62 cases in each group.Intravenous drip of Azithromycin injection was offered to both groups,while the observation group was given additional acupoint sticking treatment.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores,durations of the TCM symptoms,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and IL-10],immunocytes(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and immuneglobulins[immune-globulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM]were observed in each group.Clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result The recovery rate and total effective rate were both higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The durations of TCM symptoms were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,showing significant differences(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors,immunocytes and immunoglobulins showed significant improvements after treatment in both groups,and were better in the observation group than in the control group,showing significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on Western medication,acupoint sticking treatment can produce significant clinical efficacy in treating mycoplasma pneumonia;it can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also effectively down-regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and up-regulate the levels of immunocytes and immunoglobulines.
