针刺联合中药治疗肝气郁结型耳鸣的疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Chinese Herbal Medicine for Tinnitus of Liver-qi Stagnation Type

目的观察针刺联合中药治疗肝气郁结型耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将74例肝气郁结型耳鸣的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组37例。对照组给予逍遥散治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后症状评分、耳鸣致残量表(THI)评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.8%,对照组为67.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分、THI评分较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药可明显降低耳鸣患者的症状评分及THI评分,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine for tinnitus of liver-qi stagnation type.Method Seventy-four patients with tinnitus of liver-qi stagnation type were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoyao San and the treatment group,with acupuncture in addition.The symptom score and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 83.8%in the treatment group and 67.6%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score and the THI score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine can markedly reduce the symptom score and the THI score and improve the clinical therapeutic effect in tinnitus patients.
