特色小镇的内涵、发展模式及核心理念研究--基于北大核心与CSSCI来源期刊的分析(2014-2020)

Research on the Connotation,Development Mode and Core Concept of Featured Town--Based on the Analysis of a Guide to the Core Journal of China and CSSCI Source Journals

2014年开展特色小镇建设运动以来,特色小镇发展前途是光明的,道路是曲折的,在掌声和批评中不断进步,水平得到提升,方向逐渐多元。本文以2014-2020年CSSCI、北大核心数据库中以“特色小镇”为主题的学术论文为样本数据,通过文献计量法结合可视化CiteSpace,从文献量、发文作者、研究机构、关键词聚类等方面进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱,对特色小镇的研究现状、热点、前沿及发展脉络进行回顾与总结。近两年虽然特色小镇发展略显颓态,但是特色小镇展现出来的新型发展模式能够很好的与新型城镇化建设以及乡村振兴战略相结合,发展模式中蕴含的社会治理理念能够有效解决小镇建设过程中遇到的问题,在坚持治理理念、明晰治理主体、理清治理职能的基础上提高治理能力,使特色小镇建设重焕生机和活力。

Since the launching of the construction movement of featured towns in 2014,the development of featured towns has a bright future,but the road is tortuous.It has continuously improved amid applause and criticism,and its level has been improved,and its trend gradually becomes diversified.This paper takes the academic papers on the theme of"featured towns"in the CSSCI and a Guide to the Core Journal of China from 2014 to 2020 as sample data,and combines the visualization of CiteSpace with the bibliometric method,from the perspectives of the amount of literature,the author of the article,the research institution,and the clustering of keywords to conduct visual analysis and draw a knowledge map.The research status,hotspots,cutting edge and development context of featured towns are reviewed and summarized.Although the development of featured towns has been slightly declining in the past two years,the new development model exhibited by featured towns can be well integrated with new urbanization and rural revitalization strategies,and the social governance concepts contained in the development model can effectively solve the problems encountered in the process of town construction.The governance capacity should be improved on the basis of adhering to the governance concept,clarifying the governance subject,and clarifying the governance functions,so that the construction of featured towns will be revitalized and vigorous.
