With the rapid development of China's economy,local governments,in accordance with the instructions of the Party Central Committee,coordinate the resources available locally and establish investment fi nancing platforms.The establishment of investment and fi nancing platforms helps to enhance economic activities,improve economic effi ciency,and facilitate economic entities to carry out effective bond fi nancing activities.This paper will put forward scientifi c analysis and thinking on the construction of major project investment and financing platforms,hoping to provide a reliable basis for the construction of related projects in the future.
