随着疫情的影响和世界各国的经济封锁,国内已将目光逐渐转移到风险投资领域。以小范围的长三角区域而言,风险投资不仅影响了企业经济的走势,还促进了区域经济的融合创新。本文将剖析风投的优劣势,研究长三角经济模型,探讨风险投资对长三角经济社会发展造成怎样的影响,基于此提出长三角乃至全国在新一轮经济模式下如何发展的建议。

With the impact of the COVID-19 and the economic blockade of the world,China has gradually shifted its attention to the fi eld of venture capital.In a small area of the Yangtze River Delta,venture capital not only affects the trend of enterprise economy,but also promotes the integration and innovation of regional economy.This paper will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of venture capital,study the Yangtze River Delta economic model,explore the impact of venture capital on the economic and social development of the Yangtze River Delta.Based on this,the paper puts forward the need and power of how to develop the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country in the new round of economic model.
