企业并购动因、并购绩效及并购风险文献综述

Literature Review on M&A Motivation,M&A Performance and M&A Risks of Enterprises

并购自19世纪末出现至今已有上百年历史,这种资本经营方式越来越被企业所青睐,特别是经济全球化的今天,并购已经成为理论界和实务界研究的热点之一。本文主要对企业并购动因、并购绩效以及并购风险的相关文献进行梳理,通过对知网2001—2020年关于并购问题研究的文献进行检索统计,发现近年来并购研究文献的特点,并结合当下疫情在总结文献的基础上提出研究展望。

Since the end of 19th century,mergers and acquisitions(M&A)have emerged for hundreds of years,and this kind of capital management mode has been more and more favored by enterprises,especially in the economic globalization era when mergers and acquisitions has become one of the hottest research topics in the theoretical and practical circles.This paper mainly reviews the related literature on enterprises’M&A motivation,M&A performance and M&A risks.By analyzing the data of literature on M&A research from 2001 to 2020 on CNKI,it summarizes the characteristics of M&A research literature in recent years.Combining with the COVID-19,it tries to put forward the research prospect on the basis of summarizing the literature.
