织物的触觉性能评价方法研究进展

Research Progress on Evaluation Methods of Fabric's Tactile Properties

为了研究织物触觉性能评价标准,对影响织物触觉性能的因素即织物自身、外界环境和感受体三方面进行分析;运用文献查阅法,详细介绍了主观评价法、客观评价法和生理指标评价法的发展现状,对比三种评价方法的优缺点,结果得出:主观评价法适用于样本数量较少的情况,且存在较大的主观误差;客观测量评价法偏重织物物理性能分析,缺乏对触觉产生机制原因的分析;生理测试法以触觉形成的生理反应信号为主,可有效减少主观误差。通过将三种评价方法综合使用,扩大织物测试范围,构建数字化平台的方式,能够形成科学统一的织物触觉评价标准。

In order to study the evaluation standard of fabric tactile performance,the factors that affect the fabric tactile performance,namely the fabric itself,the external environment and the susceptor,are analyzed;using the literature review method,the subjective evaluation method,the objective evaluation method and the physiological index evaluation method are introduced in detail.Development status,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three evaluation methods,the results show that:subjective evaluation method has large errors;objective measurement evaluation method emphasizes the analysis of physical properties of fabrics,and lacks analysis of the mechanism of tactile sensation;physiological test method uses tactile formation Based on the physiological response signal,it can effectively reduce the subjective error.By comprehensively using the three evaluation methods,expanding the scope of fabric testing,and building a digital platform,a scientific and unified fabric tactile evaluation standard can be formed.
