骨质疏松病因病机的研究进展

Research Progress on the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Osteoporosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

随着我国人口老龄化的进程不断加快,骨质疏松症的发病率逐年上升,因此骨质疏松症的预防与治疗引起人们的高度重视。骨质疏松属于中医"骨痿""骨枯"范畴,从中医角度分析骨质疏松的病因病机,骨质疏松是涉及到人体多个脏腑之间的复杂病变,大多数学者认为肾亏是其发病的主要病因,肝虚则是其发生的关键因素,脾虚是其发病的重要病因,血瘀是其发生的主要促进因素。旨在通过分析其发病的病因病机,以更好地指导人们认识骨质疏松,发挥中医药的整体观念与辨证论治在预防治疗疾病中的优势。中医药治疗骨质疏松的未来研究重点主要是以下几个方面;其一,探讨多途径、多靶点的中医药作用机制,开发新药;其二,开展循证医学相关分析,通过科学化、规范化、标准化的研究手段推进中医作用现代化。

With the acceleration of the aging of the population in China, the incidence of osteoporosis is increasing year by year, so the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis has attracted great attention. Bone osteoporosis belong to the traditional Chinese medicine "impotent" "bones" category, this article from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis, osteoporosis is involved complex between human multiple organs lesions, most scholars think kidney is the main cause of the disease, liver deficiency is the key factor of pixu(spleen deficient) is the important cause of the disease, blood stasis is the main contributing factor. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis, so as to better guide people to understand osteoporosis and give full play to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the advantages of syndrome differentiation in the prevention and treatment of diseases.The future research of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoporosis mainly focuses on the following aspects. First, to explore the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine with multiple channels and targets, and to develop new drugs;second, to carry out evidence-based medicine related analysis, through scientific, normalized, standardized research means to promote the modernization of traditional chinese medicine function.
