为适应药物制剂专业创新应用型人才培养模式的发展要求,药物制剂专业的学生的设计培养路径及传统教学中都存在诸多问题。依托"互联网+"的大数据背景下,能对药物制剂专业创新应用型人才培养模型进行改革。"互联网+"模式是一种融合并增加了特色培养的思想模式教育方法,可通过强化课程群合理建设,着重培养双思维模式,做好基础理论教学;教学模式创新化,构建基于"互联网+"混合教学模式;创建线上虚拟仿真实验教学平台,注重教学实践;强化师资教学水平,建设"双能型"教师团队;注重教学后理论考核,完善多元化教学质量评价体系5大方面进行推进教育教学。依托现代互联网信息化手段,将专业内的核心课程进行相互衔接、联系、有机融合在一起,从师资教学团队建设、虚拟仿真实验教学模式、混合体验教学模式等方面对药物制剂专业创新应用型人才培养进行改革并予以实践,依托"互联网+"做好药物制剂专业创新应用型人才培养。

In order to meet the development requirements of innovative and applied talents training mode for pharmaceutical preparations, there are many problems in the design training path and traditional teaching of pharmaceutical preparations students. Relying on the background of "Internet+" big data, it is possible to reform the training model of innovative and applied talents in pharmaceutical preparations. The "Internet+" model is an educational method that integrates and adds a characteristic training ideological model. It can strengthen the reasonable construction of curriculum group, focus on the cultivation of double thinking mode, and do a good job in basic theory teaching. The teaching mode is innovating and the "Internet+" teaching mode is constructed. It creates online virtual simulation experiment teaching platform, pays attention to teaching practice, strengthens the teaching level of teachers and builds a "dual ability" teaching team. It pays attention to the theoretical assessment after teaching, improves the diversified teaching quality evaluation system to promote education and teaching. Relying on the modern Internet information technology means, the core courses in the specialty are linked and organically integrated. The cultivation of innovative and applied talents in pharmaceutical preparation specialty is reformed and practiced from the construction of teaching team, virtual simulation experiment teaching mode and mixed experience teaching mode.
