中医护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除手术患者术后康复的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Laparoscopic Myomectomy

目的观察中医护理干预对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除手术患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月医院收治的68例子宫肌瘤剥除手术患者作为研究对象,并按照随机抽数的方式将两组患者分为观察组(单数)和对照组(双数),两组各34例。观察组采用中医护理干预的方式进行术后恢复,而对照组则采用常规措施进行干预,最后统计两组的术后情况和满意度评分,根据收集数据分析中医护理干预的优势。结果观察组的术后情况和满意度分数均优于对照组,因此从统计结果上看中医护理干预对子宫肌瘤剥除手术患者术后恢复有积极作用,患者的认可程度高,让患者保持在一个相对良好的状态下进行恢复,且观察组和对照组的数据差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预对子宫肌瘤剥除手术患者术后健康有积极影响,能切实加快患者的恢复进度,通过中医调理的方式使患者能早日回归日常生活,降低复发的风险,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 68 patients with uterine myomectomy were selected as the subjects of study. According to the way of random sampling, the patients were divided into observation group(odd number) and control group(even number),34 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, while the control group was treated with routine measures. Finally, the postoperative situation and satisfaction score of the two groups were counted, and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention were analyzed according to the collected data. Results The postoperative situation and satisfaction score of the observation group were better than those of the control group. Therefore, the statistical results showed the nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine had a positive effect on the postoperative recovery of the patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy, and the recognition degree of the patients was high, and so the patients could be recovered in a relatively good state, and the data of the observation group and the control group was different. It had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention has a positive effect on the postoperative health of patients undergoing uterine myomectomy, can effectively speed up the recovery progress of patients, and can make patients return to their daily life as soon as possible and reduce the risk of recurrence through traditional Chinese medicine conditioning, which is worth popularizing.
