低共熔溶剂高效提取车前草中大车前苷和毛蕊花糖苷研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低共熔溶剂提取车前草中大车前苷和毛蕊花糖苷的效果。方法:合成6种不同类型的低共熔溶剂,以大车前苷和毛蕊花糖苷提取效率为目标,筛选最佳的低共熔溶剂,同时对影响目标成分提取效果的影响因素进行考察。结果:氯化胆碱与乳酸形成的低共熔溶剂提取效果较好。当氯化胆碱与乳酸的摩尔比为1∶4,含水量为30%(v/v),固液比为20 mg·ml^(-1),超声功率为60 W,温度为70℃,提取时间为10 min时,大车前苷的提取率为(8.43±0.58)mg·g^(-1),毛蕊花糖苷的提取率为(5.93±0.46)mg·g^(-1),优于传统溶剂的提取效率。结论:低共熔溶剂制备简单、提取效率高,在中药活性成分提取应用中有巨大的潜力。 Objective:To investigate the extraction of plantamajoside and acteoside from Plantago asiatica L.by deep eutectic solvent.Methods:Totally 6 different types of deep eutectic solvents were synthesized.The optimum deep eutectic solvent was selected with the extraction efficiency of plantamajoside and acteoside as the evaluation index.The factors affecting the extraction efficiency of target components were investigated.Results:The deep eutectic solvent,which was composed of choline chloride and lactic acid,had a good extraction efficiency.When the molar ratio of choline chloride to lactic acid was 1∶4,water content was 30%(v/v),liquid-solid ratio was 20 mg·ml^(-1),ultrasonic power was 60 W,temperature was 70℃,and extraction time was 10 min,the extraction efficiency of plantamajoside and acteoside was(8.43±0.58)mg·g^(-1)and(5.93±0.46)mg·g^(-1),respectively,which were higher than that of the traditional solvent.Conclusion:Deep eutectic solvent is easy to prepare with high extraction efficiency,so it has great potential in the extraction and application of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients.
