中药治疗脊髓损伤相关机制研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury

综述脊髓损伤的定义、中医病因病机、治则治法、实验研究概况,重点从抑制炎症反应、改善微循环、抑制脂质过氧化反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡,促进神经细胞修复再生、抑制胶质瘢痕形成等方面对近年来中药治疗脊髓损伤的相关机制研究文献做出归纳和总结,以期为今后研究提供理论依据和新思路。

This paper summarized the definition, the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, the principles and methods of treatment and experimental research overview of spinal cord injury. In this article, we mainly summarized the mechanism of spinal cord injury treated by TCM in recent years, including inhibiting inflammation, improving microcirculation, inhibiting lipid peroxidation, inhibiting apoptosis of nerve cells, promoting regeneration of nerve cells, inhibiting formation of glial scar and so on, in order to provide theoretical basis and ideas for future research.
