摘要
狼毒大戟为传统中药材,现代药理研究显示其具有显著的抗肿瘤活性,报道的活性成分以萜类化合物居多。概述狼毒大戟的萜类化学成分,综述狼毒大戟在抗肿瘤方面的作用,为其进一步研究与开发应用提供参考。
Langdu Daji(Euphorbia fischeriana) belongs to traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Modern pharmacological studies show that it has significant antitumor activity, and the reported active components are mostly terpenoids. In this paper, the terpenoids and the antitumor effect of Langdu Daji(Euphorbia fischeriana) were summarized, providing reference for its further research, development and application.
