摘要
中药饮片作为中药行业三大支柱之一,是中医临床防病、治病的重要手段,其质量好坏直接关系中医临床用药的安全性和有效性。中药饮片分级方法的建立和应用,可为临床疗效和优质优价提供支持。但是,目前饮片分级大多依托于原药材分级方法,特别是一些多基原饮片的分级方法未能与中医临床运用相结合,无法有效地指导临床调剂。因此,如何建立一种适用于指导临床调剂的饮片分级方法,是保证中医临床疗效的有效手段。通过对现有分级方法和多基原饮片现状进行分析,结合课题组前期研究基础,探讨建立一种基于中医临床的多基原中药饮片分级方法,供同仁们参考。
As one of the three pillars of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) industry, Chinese herbal pieces industry is an important means of clinical prevention and treatment. The quality of Chinese herbal pieces is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of TCM. The establishment and application of Chinese herbal pieces grading method can provide support for clinical efficacy and high quality and price. However, at present, most of the grading methods of Chinese herbal pieces are based on the grading methods of original medicinal materials, especially the grading methods of multi-original Chinese herbal pieces can not be combined with the clinical application. It can not effectively guide the clinical dispensing. Therefore, how to establish a grading method suitable for guiding clinical dispensing is an effective way to ensure the clinical efficacy. In this paper, through the analysis of the grading methods and the situation of multi-original Chinese herbal pieces, combined with the previous research foundation of the research group, it explored the establishment of a multiple-original Chinese herbal pieces grading method based on the clinical practice for reference.
