从脾虚论治慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的思考

Theoretical Discussion on Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Gastric Precancerous Lesions from Spleen Deficiency

基于中医理论及现代医学认识,围绕脾虚是慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变的发病基础,从胃与脾之间的关联、脾虚以及脾虚所致病理产物对慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变发病和疾病进展的影响等方面进行了理论阐述。并结合各家临床实践经验,发现临证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变多以健脾为主,兼以其他治法,故依照不同治法分而述之,以期能为从脾虚论治慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变提供一定的辨治思路。

Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the understanding of modern medicine, this paper focused on the viewpoint that "spleen deficiency is the pathogenesis basis of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer",theoretically expounding the relationship between stomach and spleen, the influence of spleen deficiency and pathological products caused by spleen deficiency on the pathogenesis and progression of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric precancerous lesions. And combined with the clinical experience of experts, it is found that the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric precancerous lesions is mainly to strengthen the spleen, as well as other treatments. It is discussed separately according to the different treatment methods, in order to provide some ideas for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric precancerous lesions from spleen deficiency.
