摘要
目的研究Toll样受体(TLR)-4、TLR-9基因多态性与胃癌发病风险的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月招募江苏省无锡市及安徽省宣城市325例胃癌患者(病例组)及同期招募该地区经体检检测结果为健康且自述无消化道疾病史的人群402例(对照组)作为研究对象,TLR-4、TLR-9基因多态性分析采用Mass-array基因芯片分析,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染检测采用免疫胶体金法检测抗体。结果病例组中吸烟、饮酒比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TLR-9 rs187084基因多态性位点的GA、GA/GG基因型与胃癌发病风险相关。年龄>60岁胃癌患者的TLR-9 rs187084基因多态性位点的GA及GA/GG基因型均与胃癌发病风险相关(P<0.05)。非贲门部位的胃癌患者TLR-9 rs187084基因多态性位点的GA及GA/GG基因型均与胃癌发病风险相关(P<0.05)。结论年龄>60岁及非贲门部位胃癌患者TLR-9 rs187084基因多态性位点的GA及GA/GG基因型均与胃癌发病风险相关。
Objective To investigate the association between toll-like receptor(TLR)-4 and TLR-9 gene polymorphism and the risk of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 325 gastric cancer patients(case group)recruited from Wuxi,Jiangsu province and Xuancheng,Anhui Province from January 2016 to December 2019,and a total of 402 healthy people(control group)who reported no history of digestive tract diseases and were recruited from the same period in the same area were selected as the study subjects.TLR-4,TLR-9 gene polymorphism were analyzed by Mass array gene chip analysis,and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection was detected by immunocolloidal gold assay.Results The proportion of smoking and drinking in the case group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).GA and GA/GG genotypes of TLR-9 rs187084 polymorphism loci were associated with the risk of gastric cancer.GA and GA/GG genotypes of TLR-9 rs187084 polymorphism loci in patients older than 60 years in case group were correlated with the risk of gastric cancer(P<0.05).GA and GA/GG polymorphisms of TLR-9 rs187084 gene in patients with non-cardiac tumor site in case group were correlated with the risk of gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion GA and GA/GG polymorphic loci of TLR-9 rs187084 gene are associated with the risk of gastric cancer in patients older than 60 years or with non-cardiac tumor site.
