自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征Ⅲ型合并桥本脑病1例并文献复习
摘要
自身免疫性疾病可表现为多系统、多器官受累.桥本脑病罕见,症状缺乏特异性,而临床医师若对其认识不足,极易导致误诊或漏诊,延误治疗.现回顾分析我院收治的自身免疫性多内分泌腺病综合征(APS)Ⅲ型合并桥本脑病1例的病历资料,并复习相关文献,以提高临床医师对这两种疾病的认识.
