摘要
通过建立数学模型对车辆在25%小偏置碰撞中的侧滑过程进行分析,并基于有限元仿真、参考车型侧滑结构分析及实车碰撞试验,对车身25%小偏置碰撞过程中的侧滑策略及传力路径进行了总结分析。结果表明:“环状安全车身”与横向引导式边梁是25%小偏置碰撞时提供侧向力的关键结构;基于轻量化设计的车身侧滑策略在保证车辆安全性能的同时可使车身增加的钣金质量减轻。
The side slip process of vehicle in 25%small offset collision is analyzed by establishing a mathematical model.Based on finite element simulation,reference vehicle side slip structure analysis and vehicle collision test,the side slip strategy and force transmission path in 25%small offset collision are summarized and analyzed.The results show that the“annular safety vehicle body”and the lateral guide side beam are the key structures to provide lateral force in 25%small offset collision;The body side slip strategy based on lightweight design can not only ensure the safety performance of the vehicle,but also reduce the added sheet metal mass of the body.
