摘要
丙烯酸丁酯是重要的高分子单体和基本化工原料,因其聚合产物种类众多应用广泛。丙烯酸丁酯生产过程中产生的废水是一种高浓度,高毒性,成分复杂的难处理有机废水,目前处理丙烯酸丁酯生产废水的方法主要有焚烧法,湿式催化氧化法,生物化学法等。本文简要介绍了这些处理方法以及其在丙烯酸丁酯废水处理的研究进展,展望了丙烯酸丁酯废水处理的前景。
Butyl acrylate is an important monomer in polymer chemical industry and chemical material, which is widely used because of numerous kinds of polymerization product. The butyl acrylate production wastewater is difficult to be treated because it has high concentration, complex composition and high toxicity. At present, the main wastewater treatment methods include incineration, catalytic wet oxidation and biochemical methods. This article gave a brief overview of these methods and the progresses in treatment of butyl acrylate production waste water and the direction of development.
