摘要
本文对福建某化工有限公司IGCC装置中两台POX蒸汽过热炉的超高压过热蒸汽出口集合管上的12件A182 F304H不锈钢支管台与热电偶套管法兰之间对接焊缝接连多次发生裂纹泄漏的原因进行了分析,并提出了两种解决措施,着重论述了采用整体锻件避免对接焊缝的方案,并成功运用,为该类问题提供了新的解决途径及分析思路。
This paper analyzes the causes of cracks and leakage in the butt weld between 12 pieces of A182 F304 H stainless steel branch pipe and thermowell flange on the super high pressure superheated steam outlet header of two pox steam superheaters in IGCC plant of a Fujian Chemical Industry Co., Ltd, and puts forward two solutions, focusing on the scheme of using integral forging to avoid butt weld, It has been successfully applied, which provides a new way to solve and analyze this kind of problems.
