摘要
本文介绍了工业白油芳烃测定在生产过程中的意义,建立了紫外分光光度法测定白油中芳烃含量的不确定度评定方法。从样品称量、稀释、定容等前处理过程及吸光度测定过程入手,分析影响不确定度的分量,并加以评定及量化。结果表明,样品的处理即稀释定容过程对芳烃含量测定的不确定度贡献最大。当白油中芳烃含量为1.40%时,其扩展不确定度为0.03%(k=2)。
Uncertainty in measurement for total aromatics in white oil by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was evaluated and quantified. Sample pretreatment such as weighing, dilution and absorbance measurement process were researched as factors in uncertainty evaluation. The result demonstrates that sample pretreatment especially the dilution was the main source of uncertainty. The expanded uncertainty was 0.03 %(k=2) while aromatics content of white oil sample was 1.40 %.
