X射线荧光光谱法测定建筑用砂岩中SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO、MgO的含量

摘要 采用X射线荧光光谱法测定建筑用砂岩中SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO、MgO的含量。将待测样品磨细利用高频熔样机溶化,冷却铸型制成样片。在X射线荧光光谱仪上按照选定的分析条件,以标准样品做工作曲线,根据工作曲线测定样品含量。通过实验证明测定出的SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO、MgO的结果均在允许误差范围之内。认为该测定方法,操作简便,准确度高、精密性、重现性好,可以作为建筑用砂岩组分的一种主要常规检测方法。 Determination the content of SiO_(2), Al_(2)O_(3), Fe_(2)O_(3), CaO and MgO in sandstone by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The samples to be tested were ground and melted by a high frequency fusion machine, and then cooled into a glass sheet. According to the selected analysis conditions on the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, select the working curve of the standard sample, and the content of the sample is determined according to the working curve. The experimental results show that the results of SiO_(2), Al_(2)O_(3), Fe_(2)O_(3), CaO, MgO are within the allowable error range. This method is easy to operate, high accuracy, precision and reproducibility, and can be used as a routine method for the detection of sandstone components.
