摘要 制药综合技术实验为涵盖药物化学、中药化学、药物分析、药剂学、药理学的综合设计型实验课程,本课程基于工程认证理念,围绕产出目标建立课程体系、实践机会和评估方式,引入虚拟仿真实验平台,探索"一贯式"虚实融合的药学综合性实验教学模式。通过集药材有效部位的提取与分离、制剂、质量评价、药效学验证为一体的综合实验的设计与实施,提高了学生的综合能力,对推动实验教学改革,促进实验教学水平和教学质量的提高产生了积极作用。 Pharmaceutical comprehensive technology experiment is a comprehensive design experiment course covering medicinal chemistry, chemistry of Chinese materia medica, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutics and pharmacology. Based on the concept of engineering certification, the course established the curriculum system, practice and evaluation methods around the output goal, introduced the virtual simulation experiment platform, and explored the integration of virtual and actual experimental teaching mode in the consistent form for comprehensive pharmacy experiment. Through the design and implementation of a comprehensive experiment integrating the extraction and separation of effective parts from medicinal materials, preparation, quality evaluation and pharmacodynamics verification, the comprehensive ability of students were improved. The model will play a positive role in promoting the reform and improving the level and quality of experimental teaching.
