摘要 在新时代教育是国之大计、党之大计,高校实验室是融教学与科研于一体的重要场所,也是人才培养、科学研究的主要基地。实验室是高校涉及危险化学品[1](以下简称为"危化品")的主要场所,在使用、运输、储存等过程中,若使用、管理不当可能导致安全事故的发生,例如火灾、爆炸、化学灼伤、中毒等[2],不但高校正常的教学、科研秩序会受到影响,还会给个人、家庭和社会造成人员伤害和财产损失。同时学校人员集中,社会关注度高;所以更应该重视实验室安全。本研究以危化品的申购、存储、申领、使用、危险废物处理等的全过程进行安全管理为切入点[3],提高实验室的安全系数,降低危化品引起的实验室安全事故的发生率,为高校师生提供一个安全、稳定、高效、和谐的学习和实验环境。 In the new era, education is the country’s and party’s major plan. University laboratories are an important place that integrates teaching and scientific research, as well as a major base for talent training and scientific research. Laboratories are the main places involving hazardous chemicals[1]((hereinafter referred to as "hazardous chemicals") in colleges and universities. In the process of use, transportation, and storage, improper use and management may lead to safety accidents,such as fires., Explosions, chemical burns, poisoning, etc.[2], not only the normal teaching and scientific research order of universities will be affected, but also personal injury and property loss to individuals, families and society. At the same time, the concentration of school personnel and high social attention;therefore more attention should be paid to laboratory safety. This research takes the safety management of the entire process of purchase, storage, application, use, and hazardous waste treatment of hazardous chemicals as the entry point[3] to improve the safety factor of the laboratory and reduce laboratory safety accidents caused by hazardous chemicals. The incidence rate of, provides a safe, stable, efficient and harmonious learning and experimental environment for teachers and students in colleges and universities.
