人工破膜在剖宫产术后足月妊娠阴道试产中的可行性研究

Feasibility study of artificial rupture of membranes in trial vaginal delivery of full-term pregnancy after cesarean section

目的:探讨剖宫产术后足月妊娠阴道试产产妇采用人工破膜术的可行性。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月剖宫产术后足月妊娠且符合阴道试产条件的产妇92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用COOK球囊引产;观察组采用COOK球囊联合人工破膜引产。比较两组产程相关指标水平及并发症情况。结果:观察组产程时间、住院时间、出血量及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后足月妊娠阴道试产产妇采用人工破膜的效果显著,可缩短产程时间,加速分娩,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the feasibility of artificial rupture of membranes f in trial vaginal delivery of full-term pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,92 parturients who had full-term pregnancy after cesarean section and met the conditions for vaginal trial delivery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group used COOK balloon to induce labor.The observation group used COOK balloon combined with artificial rupture to induce labor.The level of related indexes of labor and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The labor time,hospitalization time,bleeding volume and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After cesarean section,the effect of artificial rupture in vaginal trial parturient women with full-term pregnancy after cesarean section is significant,which can shorten the labor time,speed up the delivery,and has high safety.
