摘要
目的:探讨经尿道等离子分区剜除联合Nesbit电切术治疗巨大良性前列腺增生(BPH)的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年7月收治巨大BPH患者36例,随机分为两组,各18例。对照组采取Nesbit电切术治疗;观察组采取经尿道等离子分区剜除联合Nesbit电切术治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果:观察组治疗3个月后的残余尿量低于对照组,最大尿流率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月后的前列腺症状(IPSS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3个月后的生活质量(QOL)评分低于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子分区剜除联合Nesbit电切术治疗巨大BPH的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation combined with Nesbit electrocision for giant benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:From January 2019 to July 2020,36 patients with giant BPH were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nesbit electrocision.The observation group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation combined with Nesbit electrocision.We compared the treatment results of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after 3 months of treatment,the residual urine volume was lower than that in the control group,and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after 3 months of treatment,the IPSS score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after 3 months of treatment,the quality of life(QOL)score was lower than that of the control group,and the average hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation combined with Nesbit electrocision for BPH is significant.
