丁螺环酮与帕罗西汀联合治疗焦虑症的临床效果观察及对患者精神状态的影响

Clinical effect of buspirone combined with paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder and its influence on mental state of patients

目的:探究丁螺环酮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的效果及对患者精神状态的影响。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治焦虑症患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采用丁螺环酮治疗;观察组采用丁螺环酮联合帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用丁螺环酮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提升精神稳定性,改善精神状态,使患者能够有较好的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of buspirone combined with paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder and its influence on mental state of patients.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,200 patients with anxiety disorder were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with buspirone.The observation group was treated with buspirone combined with paroxetine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,SAS and HAMA scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buspirone combined with paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,enhance mental stability,improve mental state,so that patients can have a better quality of life.
