支持性心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠在精神分裂症治疗中的效果观察

Effect observation of supportive psychotherapy combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探究支持性心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:2016年6月-2020年6月收治精神分裂症患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予丙戊酸钠片结合常规心理疏导;观察组给予丙戊酸钠片结合支持性心理治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后阳性症状及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及简明精神评定量表(BPRS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支持性心理治疗联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症的效果理想,推广价值高。

Objective:To explore the effect of supportive psychotherapy combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2020,50 patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given sodium valproate tablets combined with routine psychological counseling.The observation group was given sodium valproate tablets combined with supportive psychotherapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PANSS and BPRS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of supportive psychotherapy combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of schizophrenia is ideal and the promotion value is high.
